OVERLY-DISCIPLINED through suspensions, zero tolerance and arrests in school?
INCARCERATED at the highest rates in history?
DISCONNECTED from family & community?
OVER-SEXUALIZED in the media?
HARMED by abuse, trauma, and violence?
TRAFFICKED and sexually abused?
